established a number of successful ventures over the past 20 years. Her success
is reflected by a number of accolades awarded to both her and her companies.
June was the central finalist and ultimate winner for the Ernst & Young ‘Entrepreneur
of the Year’ in 2001.
Like all good entrepreneurs June still nurtures new business ideas and likes to
invest into the latest technology ventures as well as companies that will benefit
the environment and personal well-being.

Darren Cullen

Darren is in charge of new business development. He has been with BOX manufacturing for 18 months
and has worked within sales in the electronics industry for the past 10 years. Darren
has focused his energy on the rapidly emerging LED lighting sector and has bought
several blue chip and exciting accounts onboard.

Martin Barrett
Manufacturing Manager

Martin is the Manufacturing Manager of BOX manufacturing and has worked for June
for over 10 years. Martin as fully implemented a state of the art manufacturing
solution in order to produce Low cost, high Quality products for OEM customers.
Martin brings 17 years of experience with in the electronics industry working with
blue chip customers with the below sectors: Military, MMI Systems, Led digital Lighting
& Health Care. It is his ambition to continue the necessary production practices,
to fulfil excellent customer satisfaction.

Chris Round
Group Quality Manager

Chris is Group Quality Manager responsible for Quality and Environmental Management
Systems.
Chris has a wealth of experience in Quality Management covering industries that
include automotive, rail, aerospace, electrical & electronic engineering. “The objectives
for any organisation are maximisation of profit, sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
To achieve these goals a company requires a firm foundation of robust business processes
and ensure that they continually reflect the changing needs of the business”. Chris also
monitors business performance and identifies areas for improvement
whilst ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
